Why did Matthew write his gospel?
 
bulletTo prove to Jews that Jesus was the Messiah promised by the Old Testament.
bulletTo record the evidence that Jesus is the Messiah.

Matthew emphasizes Christ the Messianic King and the Kingdom of Heaven.

Matthew is currently being taught at Spokane Bible Church's Wednesday night Bible study. As notes are available after classes they will be posted to this site.
